Head of Civil Service Signs Agreement to Enhance Capacity Building for Civil Servants

In a strategic move aimed at fostering professional development and excellence within Ghana’s civil service, the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) has inked a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Consultancy Do Well Do Good. The agreement was formalized on Monday, March 4, 2024, at the OHCS headquarters in Ministries, Accra.

The primary objective of the MoU is to establish a comprehensive program focused on enhancing the capacity of young and talented civil service staff. By partnering with Do Well Do Good, an esteemed international consultancy firm renowned for its expertise in balancing performance and socio-environmental impact, the OHCS aims to equip its workforce with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their respective roles.

Dr. Evans Aggrey-Darkoh, the Head of Civil Service, represented OHCS during the signing ceremony, underscoring the organization’s commitment to investing in the professional growth and development of its personnel. On behalf of Consultancy Do Well Do Good, Mr. Sébastien Frendo, the CEO, affixed his signature to the agreement, expressing enthusiasm for the collaborative endeavor.
