Extended team

A committed facility is an extension of the customer's own engineering/development center. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model

Build-Operate-Transfer Model, offers a dedicated facility for the client. This facility is like an extension of the client's own facility. The association covers setting up of the operation, procurement of facilities and staff. The devoted facility is operated either through existing GRSoft resources or by the client's resources or by resources employed specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. We have a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the client.

Milestone based billing

This option works for clients who are concerned about growth in remote projects, milestone - based payment schedules strengthen progress observation. It helps validate payment based on achievable milestone and visible progress reduces risks.
